Purchasing Cypress Products

Please read the Terms and Conditions  page before you order your Cypress products. Should you feel more comfortable ordering by phone you can call our sales office during our normal business hours to process your order. For details on other ordering options you can refer to the products help file or email at sales@cypressnet.com

To order by credit card online, select the product below you wish to buy, and proceed by filling out the order form. Once the initial user and product information is inputted you will be taken to our secure server where your credit card number will be entered.

Once your order has been accepted by the online process, confirmation is sent to our sales office for processing. Processing is done only during normal business hours (7:00 - 3:00 PST, Mon-Fri). Processing can take up to 2 hours but is normally less than that. However we do ask you allow 1 business day before contacting our office. If an email address is supplied during the ordering process we will email you your registration keys (this is the fastest way). If no email is available the registration keys will be sent by normal US Mail.
