Main Toolbar

Main Toolbar

The toolbar buttons allow quick access to the main functions of managing templates.

1New Template

New Template
Use when you want to create a new template.

2Edit Template

Edit Template
Use when you want to edit the currently selected template.

3Copy Template

Copy Template
Use when you want to make a copy of the currently selected template. This action will copy the template and open the Template Properties window ready for any editing you might want to do.

4Delete Template

Delete Template
Use to delete the currently selected template. Note deleted templates are not recoverable.

5Enable Toggle

Enable Toggle
Use this button to enable or disable the currently selected template.

6Parse Template

Parse Template
Use this button to run the Parsing Engine with the currently selected template. Note that the template must be enabled to run.

7Parse All Templates

Parse All Templates
Use this button to run the Parsing Engine using all templates in the template list that are enabled.

8Print Template

Print Template
Use this button to print the currently selected template.

9Open Help File

Open Help File
Opens the Message Parse help file.
