Standard Message Fields

Standard Message Fields

On this screen you can create variables for the most common message fields. A variable is created and used in the template for each item checked.

1Status Window

Status Window
The status window shows which step in the template wizard is currently be display.

2Sender Name

Sender Name
Check this box if you want to include a variable for the sender's display name.

3Sender Address

Sender Address
Check this box if you want to include a variable for the sender's email address.

4Recipient Name

Recipient Name
Check this box if you want to include the recipient's display name.

5Recipient Address

Recipient Address
Check this box if you want to include a variable for the recipient's email address.

6Sent Date

Sent Date
Check this box if you want to include a variable for the date the message was sent.

7Sent Time

Sent Time
Check this box if you want to include a variable for the time the message was sent.

8Back Button

Back Button
Use this button to return to the previous screen.

9Next Button

Next Button
Use this button to move to the next wizard screen.

10Cancel Button

Cancel Button
This button will close the wizard dialog without saving the template to file.
